My blood sweat and tears doodle for the day:

Name:  Capture.jpg
Views: 299
Size:  19.5 KB

and in case you'd like to mess around with it:

Code:
\documentclass{standalone}
\usepackage{pgfplots}

\begin{document}

\begin{tikzpicture}[scale=.75]
\begin{axis}
 [
 title=Call, ymax=100, hide x axis, hide y axis
 ]
		\addplot[domain=0:50] {0};
		\addplot[domain=50:100] {x-50};
\end{axis}
\end{tikzpicture}

\end{document}
Also, the instruction manual for TikZ is pretty "friendly".

http://ctan.mackichan.com/graphics/p.../pgfmanual.pdf

EDIT: The next morning, not sure why I included that link (oh yeah, I think that's where I found out about the scale option), I think I got more of what I needed from

http://pgfplots.sourceforge.net/pgfplots.pdf

Maybe the previous link had some interesting items regarding the big picture. Epic fail in that I am not taking the time to present which PDF explains what.
