How does my telling him he is annoying infringe upon his right to post?

And of course he posts it at the right time, he never misses an opportunity cause he lurks around in forums where he otherwise has no business being. "Oh please someone ask if they can take MLC and C at the same time so I can tell everybody how smart I am one more time!"
