Default Waiting in case EOMs are graded?

Should I be waiting "approximately 7 weeks" after submitting my EOM4 exercise before registering for IA to see if it gets graded? My question may be moot, as I'm not sure if you ever find out you "meet minimum requirements" if enough time passes by and they're not going to grade you. My EOM1 was graded and I passed, but it's been 8 weeks since I submitted EOM2 and I've heard nothing and it says nothing different on the page. Also 4 weeks for EOM3 (only 1 for EOM4). I expect to be finished Module 5 in a couple of weeks. At that point I'd be ready for IA, but how will I know if I need to wait? Will they just block me if they need to? What if I'm 2 weeks into my IA and they decide to grade and fail my EOM4 (or EOM3 if we're still within 7 weeks)?

I was just going to go ahead and register now for IA so it's ready for me when I am (per many people on this board's advice), but given it's only been about a week since I submitted EOM4, how would they approve it?

Do this...
Don't worry about your EOM marks at all!!!!!!!! Unless you handed in a total brick, you'll be fine.

I submitted EOM4 on a Thursday, registered for IA on that next Monday, and got my IA username and password on that Tuesday.

None of my modules were graded when I submitted my IA application. But as soon as I submitted it (2 days later really), I received a "Pass" for EOM 1 and got immediate access to the IA. After I submitted my IA (which took me around 3 weeks), I started receiving grades for my modules 2-4. It's been 2 weeks since I submitted the IA and all of my first 4 modules have been graded as "meets minimum requirements"...
