let them go.

Your destiny is never tied to anyone who leaves you and it doesn't mean they are bad people.

It could mean that they're thirsty and want a glass of refreshing OJ. Or perhaps, they won't show up in a story for like 2 or 3 chapters, but then in the end they show up again and it's all neatly tied back together. Unless it's a trillogy, then it might not be till book 2.
