Default Schedule F, amounts in dispute

Do Schedule F, Part 4, cols 8 and 9 include amounts in dispute or exclude amounts in dispute? I find this aspect of the paper to be very confusing. Thanks.

according to TIA, they're included. Don't know why or where in the source material you'd find it.

The annual statement blank is the source material. If you look carefully through the parts of Schedule F, you'll find that the answer is clear.

Wasn't about to dig through the source material when I knew I could find it in TIA in less than 2 minutes.
