Default Teeth Whitening

To close the loop on teeth care - thought I'd ask everyone whether they bleach their teeth or not.

A couple nights a week in a bowling alley for most of my adult life has left me with "smokers teeth". I try to keep up with it using the whitening toothpaste, but I don't know how much it's helping.

Ah well, it always seems to be overlooked. But vodka is the perfect whitener. It can be taken with orange juice to make application pleasant. Vodka also can be used to remove floor wax and other hard to remove enamels.

I don't see the option for those of us who have naturally beautiful white teeth.

Do the crest white strips work? I was thinking my teeth could use some brightening (too much coffee!)

I've spoken to a couple of dental hygenists, and they say that all of the over-the-counter whitening products are about 3% as potent as the products that are found in a dentist's office, so they really don't do anything at all.
