Default ASA Diploma Appearance - Was anyone dissapointed?

I just received my diploma from the SOA. I must say that I am dissapointed to see that it looks like one of those certificates you receive for taking a training class. My high-school diploma stands out more on the wall than this one! I guess I am just a little surprised as one would think after all that work it would look just a little bit nicer.

I glued mine to the fridge because the magnet kept falling off.

Oooh, Bruce's signature.

Heck, I have nowhere to put a framed certificate, so I just stuck it in my cube window. Even the FSAs here, if they're in cubes, don't really have anywhere to hang it, so they usually lean it up against a window or wall. Not many people are going to be admiring it anyway.

I might send it to my mother to stick in the drawer with my high school diploma, bachelors degrees, and masters degree. I think pretty much only yourself and your mother is going to care about the physical piece of paper.

You would need to ask my postman, I'm sure he will be happy to share too. SOA did really a good job putting the certificatge into a hard envilop and writing "DO NOT BEND". Sure enough my postman is much smarter. He had to squize it into the box, so he must have made a real effort to fold it ((. I wonder why it didn't occur to him that 1) he was NOT supposed to bend it, and 2) he could simply call in my house - I was home at that time .

I'm even more upset about it than the actual appearance of the certificate. Now it has the marks from bending on both sides.

Good thing I learnt my lesson: when (and if) I earn my FSA, I'll ask SOA to send it to my office

I live in an apartment building, and someone (either my postman or my superintendent) put the envelop in front of my apartment door instead of trying to squeeze it into the mailbox.
