I know - it's kinda scary.
There's more out there - I've seen PMs to that effect.

Tumbleweeds hoo!!!!!
I'll be back at CU trying to get the Actuarial Cert this summer (and fall and spring). Let's hope the scheduling works out otherwise I'll not look as awesome on paper a year from now trying to get a job....which will be nice to have. On another note: The Actuarial Studies Certificate Program will be hosting an open house and panel discussion this coming Thursday, April 16, from 7-8:30 pm in Math 350. Actuaries from firms in Denver will discuss the field of actuary science. This is an excellent opportunity to explore this area, which forms the foundation of the insurance profession. The panelists include: Doug Norris from Milliman Ryan Cox from Mercer Jessica Steward from Watson Wyatt James Haworth from Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Pizza and other refreshments will be served. For additional info on the Actuarial Studies and Quantitative Finance Certificate Program, please see the webpage: http://www.colorado.edu/asqf I'll be there! Hey oh! CU in the house!!
So it looks like we're still dragging our feet. De-PRESSING. Though I'm not contributing too much to the forum so I really can't talk. HOWEVER, I am in Africa so that makes things a little difficult for myself. I'm actually thinking of trying to maybe take MFE while here in Namibia, though I think once I finish my service (I'm doing Peace Corps right now) next year I'll be heading to grad school somewhere in Cali. Hope everyone is doing well! I tried to donate my study guides to the math library! They should have P, FM and MFE. Get studying my fellow buffs!

Ah, good times - I'm looking forward to presenting at the 2012 actuarial science open house so that I can talk about how great it is to be DONE WITH EXAMS!
Oh, and Milliman has moved offices - we're now at 14th and Wewatta in Denver. First week in the new building!

If you've graduated (especially with three exams), we'd consider you for a permanent position but almost surely not an internship.
Send me a PM and I can get you in touch with the right folks.

Same goes for any other Buffs - whether looking for internships or full-time positions, or fall/spring/winter/summer/whatever. Send me a PM.
Would also consider Rams/Pioneers/Roadrunners/Bears/what have you, so long as you don't mind some good-natured ribbing.
