To close the loop on teeth care - thought I'd ask everyone whether they bleach their teeth or not.

A couple nights a week in a bowling alley for most of my adult life has left me with "smokers teeth". I try to keep up with it using the whitening toothpaste, but I don't know how much it's helping.

Ah well, it always seems to be overlooked. But vodka is the perfect whitener. It can be taken with orange juice to make application pleasant. Vodka also can be used to remove floor wax and other hard to remove enamels.

Do the crest white strips work? I was thinking my teeth could use some brightening (too much coffee!)

A dentist who was on TV talking about teeth whitening said that the Crest strip works, but not if you want a Julia Roberts smile, because it does not whiten all the way near the gums. So if you have a dainty Mona Lisa smile(I think she has?), then this would work.
