Default Yankee swaps

Participate in any Yankee swaps this year? How bad did you get screwed? I assume most people are less happy with what they end up with (somewhat random) than with what they brought (something you presumably think is cool).

My wife's step-family does one and I'm just stunned at how much crap they all brought. Of course, they could have thought the same thing about what we brought. But I swear we were just about the only ones who didn't bring something sports-branded or liquor-related.
We brought a 128-meg flash drive (a 5-minute wasted explanation with the original recipient and a BIG hit with the original recipient) and a country craft/cookbook (not such a big hit with those who got it).

We brought home a basketball-shaped crockpot and a chair massager/liquor-filled chocolates. Okay, my wife will like the chair massager. But who the hell wants a basketball shaped freaking crockpot? And apparently they thought it would be such a hit they also brought one shaped like a football. . And maybe I'm in the minority here, but whisky-filled chocolate?
