They haven't updated the 2005 one yet, but 2004 will be sufficient until the site gets updated. As you go through this wonderful 200 page document, you will find the IEE, which is also on the syllabus. Of course, I got a #$%@ "5" last time, and will likely get my second straight "5" on Exam 6.

Since this year's statement blanks are on the syllabus it's best to know the updates. In most years changes are minor and have a negligible impact on the other readings.
