Wow!!!

We get $1,000 raise and $1,000 bonus for both FAP1 and 2. These are the left over C5 and 6 amounts.

I forget what the ASA raise/bonus is, but probably $2,000 each.
That isn't very good. YOu might want to look around a bit.

Can anyone name some companies that compensates actuaries well and encourages people to remain with the firm?

Nothing for VEE, FAP1, or FAP2, but $4000 raise / $1000 bonus for attainment of ASA.
