Default Excel listbox properties

I haven't dealt with these things in a while, so this may be a dumb question. I have an absolutely dreadful spreadsheet some underwriters put together that I'm trying to understand. I thought I could right-click on a listbox to find out where its values were coming from or where its output was going or something like that. Nothing happens when I right-click on any of the listboxes in this spreadsheet. I've already unprotected both the workbook and the worksheet. Any ideas?

I'm also having trouble figuring out where the radio buttons and checkboxes are going -- I don't know if I'm supposed to be able to right click on those either.
