Nigeria has filed a suit against three tobacco companies seeking 5.3 trillion naira ($44 billion) in damages for public health costs for treating smoking-related diseases, court papers obtained on Wednesday showed.

How long till I get the email telling me how I can get a portion of the 44 billian if I allow them to hold it in my bank account for a little while?

I would have assumed they told the tobacco industry that they had won 44B, and if they forward a check of only 5% of it and a bank account number, it will all be released ASAP.
