Default Movie Library on NAS

I am working on my movie playing set-up.

I have been putting DVDs as Video_TS onto my NAS (DNS 323) using a ripping tool. I have also been storing my Blu-ray discs as Iso files.

I have tried using myMovies which is ok but does not seem to add anything.

For the DVDs, I open either in PowerDVD or VLC player.

For the Blu-ray, I mount with CloneDVD and play through PowerDVD.

This usually works fine, with wireless N (20mhz channel). However, for a few discs, I have run into trouble because of the bandwidth required. In this case, I just hook up my ethernet cable (only 100Mbs on my laptop - not gigabit, ugh) and all goes well. For one of the discs (the Rocker), even the ethernet was not fast enough to handle the bandwidth. (this disc has very high bandwidth).

So, I am still working out the best way to do all these things, so I can watch my movies easily.
