My head just exploded, therefore I'm going to take a walk around the block.

Do they laugh at you when you sit down to pee?

Since I live alone, no. There is nobody to laugh at me.

All I'm saying is that I know I contemplated and answered that once already. No need for me to reinvent the wheel. Enjoy.

Appletinis?!

A cosmopolitan is a "girly drink". A Long Island iced tea. Any infused martini (lychee, pear) that comes with an orchid as garnish is "girly."

Drinks using a mixer that comes in a liter-sized plastic bottle are not "girly", they are "lame". Like blue margaritas. Artificial colorings and flavorings in drinks are absolutely foul.

I have read a couple Dr. Laura books, and she is a pretty outspoken about this very thing. Basically how feminist are idiots and hypocrits.

They call themselves "feminists" when most of their goals involve making women more masculine.

There is certainly nothing wrong with equal rights/opportunities for women. But achieving them by becoming masculine is just absurd.

What would society be like without femininity? I prefer not to think about it. And the last think we need is a bunch of butch masculine women running things. Several of the highest people in my Co. are women. Many of them refuse to wear pants, only skirts. And if they had thier way, women wouldn't be allowed to wear pants (dress here is full business, BTW). They also push very much the "women's initiative" and are very much true "feminists".

They are very high up, have a great deal of power, and are obviously very successful, but understand the importance of maintaining gender differences. Taking a time off to raise children, and coming back and kicking ass by being intelligent and being good at what they do, not by being like men.
