What would you do?
You are at your local Costco and return to your car. In the parking lot you come across another vehicle containing a dog. The windows are rolled down 2 inches. The temperature on the bank sign is 90 degrees. That is the only information you have.
What do you do? Poll coming. (Note: a friend posted this on facebook. i'm just curious as to how people react differently to this kind of thing)
