Or will it make ze employers think that we suck at English?

make sure you use the word "also" fluent in etc, so reader doesn't somehow mistake for first language. i agree with other poster-can't hurt, might help in some minor way in terms of perceptions

"also fluent in " is important, but make sure your cover letter and resume aren't riddled with grammatical errors. almost an immediate toss out in many cases.

Yes, add it to your resume as an additional skill.

The English in your resume and cover letter needs to be impeccable, whether or not you have another language to list.
