I'm curious about how interviews for experienced people differ from entry level interviews. Will the ASA/near ASA candidate get very specific questions about things you've worked on? What kinds of questions are asked?
What are FSA and higher level interviews like? Thanks. |

In internal interviews for a higher-level position, I've been asked things like:
1. what direction do you think the company should be going 2. what do you think of xxx strategy 3. how would you deal with difficult staff/clients/etc., cite relevant examples you've had to deal with 4. how would you align your department 5. what existing contacts could you leverage 6. follow-up to one of the strategy questions, I was asked, "what would you say if i said that was the stupidest idea I've ever heard," said in a way that I was unsure whether it was a question or really what they thought. |
