A session is an hour broken up into quarters. First three either back/chest or shoulder/tri/bi, with the last 15 minutes abs. We do three sets of 12 reps with weights at heavy, along with a high intensity after each set.
I'm terrible at remembering what anything is called, but, we do, for example, dumbell shoulder press (12), then push-up planks (45 seconds--as fast as I can go); repeat x3. Next, sitting arm curls (12), then body burpees; repeat x3. Then like on-your-back (bench) tricep extension, with jump rope in between. Abs are 2 exercises which vary, but are 3 sets of 20 usually.
I do cardio (stairs or treadmill) on my own in the evenings--with intervals of fast and slow.
Today starts week 2, and I'm incredibly excited; it sounds weird, but I think I can see results after just the first week.
