Well I'm seeing the pass rate for the last few FM exams has been around 70-72%, which basically means you need a 100% (140% of the pass mark) to get a 10. Don't take it personally, a 9 on FM pwns.

Passing percentages are out. 72% was the average needed to pass. That means that in most cases, a 10 was not possible. Anyone with a 9 may have gotten a perfect score.
