I did a search, but didn't come up with anything. Anyone have any advice for getting into this company? Looking at Springfield, MA area. I'm in pensions, so would prefer to stay in that track. I'm having trouble with the job search on their website, it keeps freezing up on me and I can't view anything! Any tips or info on this company is greatly appreciated.

Maybe that's indicative of how they would respect you.

FTR I know people who had a similar experience as Texas Acty.

If you are rejected don't expect them to actually communicate that to you.

Also be aware employees performing at bottom 5% of all will get the boot after annual review. My boss used to work there as VP, very stressful when you know someone has to be chopped due to performance.

sounds reminiscent of GE - they cut the bottom 10% every year.
