Good advice from dukelampard - just ask stuff you're interested in. Why do you like working for company X? What kind of work environment can I expect? What are your companies strengths? Do you work across departments a lot or will I mainly be exposed to actuaries?

Whatever you care about, and especially if the interviewer brings something up and you care about that, ask for lots more detail.

Oh, and annuitize's questions were probably ok until he went into the "work sucks" stuff and turned them off.
