The quiz questions are pretty representative of the actual exam. You can retake the quizzes and some of the questions will change. There is a question bank for each quiz, but sometimes they aren't very large. You'll probably see all the quiz questions after 2 attempts in a 4 question quiz.
When I took course 1, I retook each quiz until I scored 100% and then called it good.
