For those that have already taken OC2, how does the sample exam compare to the actual exam? Harder, easier, about the same??

What do you mean by non-quiz questions? Are you referring to the questions in the study booklet?

just want to confirm that the actual test is similar in difficulty to the "sample national exam" on the website, except that all the problems will be brand new.

I would agree that the difficultly level is comparable between the national sample exam and the actual exam. However, as someone noted above, the national sample exam is taken directly from the online quiz questions so do not be fooled into thinking you know the material better than you actually do just because you rock out on the national sample exam. The actual exam obviously has new questions and therefore may seem harder since you have not seen any of the questions before.
