Just finished my workout. 100 pound dumbbell snatches. I killed it, my partner did not. She went hard though, got through two full rounds, but it took her forever.

I'm a little frustrated...not angry at her because she was at her strength limit, which we all have, but after my second round, we were in second place for the heat. She ran out of gas in her second round and that....was that.

Ah well, it was still really fun.
