To be honest I was shocked, since I thought I did pretty good. However, when I compare my responses to many of the sample responses, I can see that my answers were less clear, and not as organized. It seems almost as if the IA is really testing your professional writing abilities as well.
In any case I will be retaking IA very shortly. Any advice of what some of you needed to do to make 2nd(or 3rd) time a charm? |

Remember, you cannot discuss details of IA

Yeah,I know.
I should be clear: I am asking whether OP got any feedback as to which questions were worst, not actually asking which questions were worst.

I failed my first attempt. They give you 3 questions to improve on and my assumption is that they are the first three they mark wrong and stop grading after that.
I was pretty much in the same boat as you. First time I submitted it basically assumed I would pass and move on. Got failure and was very disappointed. Revised my answers and submitted the second time and had no real idea what would happen. I certainly thought it was better than my first submission, but not by a whole lot and couldn't really look at the two and say for sure one was a pass and the other was a fail. One question I reviewed and thought it was pretty wrong. I assumed things I probably shouldn't have assumed and revised my calculation. The other two weren't calculation questions so I just expanded my answers and tried to revise the wording to be more clear and provide more details. I changed a few things on my other answers and maybe corrected a couple small errors, but I wouldn't say it was anything major. Quote:

No advice from me as I'm just taking it now. But my worst fear is failing it right now so I am feeling bad for you. It has got to be hard after you spend so much time on it.
