20.00 UK time is 15.00 Eastern, so you can get them at work on the Thursday.

No, it's always a 5-hour difference except in the gap between the US and UK changing the clocks.

5 hour difference with the East Coast. Brits also go on daylight savings time (well, they call it "summer time.")

I've read the whole syllabus. I don't see anywhere enough to answer Pt 1 of the Basel question. Where was it?
