Default Is there a difference between authorized control level RBC and RBC

Authorized control level RBC = 0.50 * RBC. Can anyone confirm? VLIL doesn't clearly spell out the difference.

You take the output from the formula, and multiply it by 50%. This is ACL RBC.

Then you take that number to caclualte the RBC ratio.
