Default VO2 Max Tracking

Along with working on my weight I'm trying to improve my cardiovascular fitness. The treadmill I use estimates VO2 max after a 5 minute walk/jog, and currently I am at an average(for my age) 37.4. I'll be posting it at least weekly until I am the most aerobically fit clinically obese man on the planet.
