God yes.

Especially since MFE went to CBT. In 2008 and 2009 MFE was harder, but this is unfortunately no longer the case.

For me, the material on MFE was harder to grasp but the exam itself was slightly easier. C is certainly longer.

The released SOA 2007 and 2009 exams are relatively easier than some tough sample questions. Overall, the difficulty level of exam MFE is neutral. I have not studied exam C before, so I cannot compare it with MFE now.

It took me 4 tries just to get a 6 on MFE. It took me 2 tries to get a 7 on C. So no, MFE is not harder, IMO.
