Default FA rule question

I plan to start FA tomorrow. If I have FA password, can I log in without downloading the file today? Are there instructions etc that I need to read prior to the exam? Please advise. Thanks!

Yes, you can log in without downloading. There are a couple of pages to click through before you get to the page where you download the material and the exam timer starts.

And yes, prior to downloading, you need to read through an instructions sheet and a Terms and Conditions document.
