Thanks for the replies.
Do you think the plan has a similar problem with granting benefit accrual service to these rehires? (previously 0% vested or not) ? Also, the plan has ">5 break" rules for ignoring past benefit accrual service as well. I would have thought the >5 rule applied only to vesting svc. The plan has the usual 1000 hour rule for accrual svc along with the >5 language. |
