Since Dexatrim is no longer available, I suggest Ritalin or Adderall. Either will effectively both suppress your appetite and increase you productivity.

Its bad for you because its taking the place of eating/drinking something that is good for you while adding no nutritional content. Eat an apple instead.

Apple is dessert
Soda is a beverage

put lemon halves in to the whole container or a slice in the glass; iced tea has sugar or aspartame?

I don't drink any juice/soda (except on airlines) and look at me, my actual waist size is 3 inches larger than my pant size. (btw that is carb overload).

I like unsweet tea

I don't put lemon in beverages - water, tea, or booze

How is pants size 3" > waist? Huge ass and tailoring?

Tea is very good for you, anti-oxidant.

I measured my waist size over the naval to calculate waist/height ratio; also I read pant sizes are actually bigger than that is given in the label.

I love diet soda. It's helped me lose weight by giving me something with flavor to help tide me over when I'm peckish but already at my calorie goal.

Diet soda is also acidic, so it upsets your body's pH and has potential to cause or exasperate heart burn. Also terrible for your teeth.

Interesting that you consider an apple dessert, but not fake liquid candy.
