SOA Mortality Table Manager, Rel 3

Has anyone downloaded the new version of the SOA Mortality Table Manager? If so, have you also installed the Excel Add-in? And if the answer to this question is yes, has it given you any problems?

Specifically, each time I launch Excel, I need to unselect the table manager add-in and then browse to re-install it. Otherwise, when I go to view a table, I get a bunch of mumbo-jumbo on the table selection screen and errors if I randomly select one of the lines of mumbo-jumbo to view.

Also, if I don't re-install the add-in, the tblval() function returns errors too.
