Need a new avatar

OK, so I'm trying to answer serious questions on job postings, with an avatar that looks like that.

Hard for someone to take me seriously (not that that's a good idea anyway).

I'm to lazy to find another avatar, which is where you come in. Any thoughts on what I should change my avatar to? I *know* people around here are more ingenious than I am, so I welcome suggestions.
