I don't think I have one.

My favorite foods all tend to have a reasonable number of calories (innate or added).

My favorite food (milk) is healthy enough. And 1% has a mere 100 calories per serving (1 cup).

However, since I drink at least 10 cups a day (average may be as high as 16), I don't think it would be fair to call it "diet".

The other foods I like tend to have plenty of calories.

Butt-chugging seems like the best solution.

But yea, that's a lot of milk! I stopped drinking milk several years ago. Just doesn't sit well in my stomach.

My almost daily breakfast...

Saute'd in olive oil...

1 Red bell pepper
1/2 onion
Couple cups of spinach
3 small chicken sausages
Sometimes a zuchini or yellow squash

An egg or two if I'm really hungry

Add dollop of guacamole, lots of cayene, pepper, sea salt, tumeric and a small glass of fresh-squeezed OJ.
