Default "women want shorter work days"?

I'm concerned about the poor use of math in this article.

http://www.livescience.com/humanbiol...ork_hours.html

So, 90% of women DON'T want shorter work days, yet the title of the article states pretty much the opposite of that?
Someone had shorter math periods. Or buses.

Maybe there wasn't enough room in the title area to precede this with, "Very few..."

Well, part of the question was that you'd have to give up cash money for the shorter work day.

I'm math-checking the rest of the site. Nothing amiss in the sex quiz.

5.6% of the men surveyed and 10.1% of the women surveyed want shorter work days.

First, 10.1 is not twice as much as 5.6

Second, it states 57,000 people responded to the survey. But says nothing about how many of these were men and how many were women. 40,000 respondees could be women and only 17,000 men.

Dude, I'd take a shorter work day .. if that meant I actually had less work to do. If it was the same amount of work, it wouldn't matter if the 'work day' was 10 minutes long .. I'd still be here all evening.
