Default Early-bird seminar; pass rates

My Austin MLC Seminar is an "early-bird" one for fall, falling on 23-27 August (immediately followed by the Austin MFE Seminar 28-30 August). Historically, many people like the timing of this---especially those that have already studied much of the material (for instance, they took and failed MLC in May).

Once the May 2007 MLC passing _names_ are posted, I'll update the passing percentages I post at my website http://www.actuarialseminars.com .
