What an awesome series, eh? They are trying to make it into a movie.

"The Wachowski Brothers will be writing and directing a live-action adaptation of Speed Racer for a May 9, 2008 release"

Wouldn't Racer X have been more appropriate for a Costume Party? Speed was Speed. There was no secret identity?
