dh = dear (darling) husband
dw = dear (darling) wife
ds = dear (darling) son
dd = dear (darling) daughter
mil = mother-in-law
fil = father-in-law
sil = sister-in-law
bil = brother-in-law
bf = boyfriend
gf = girlfriend

and since I brought this one up on the WC once I'll mention it here
sd = sperm donor - jerk who is involved in the conception of the child but wants nothing to do with being a parent or means of financial support
