Default Some real world practice questions

I will have a interview a couple of days later, however, there are two concepts in the job description I want to clarify.

I was wondering if anyone can give me an explaination regarding how those to practice those tasks in reality (including model used)

1. IBNR

2. Completion factors using claim lag analysis models

Thank you.
