One can also guess where there's a lot of economic growth, and thus more wealth to throw at healthcare.

Sure, and if the base is smaller it should grow faster, and aging population blah blah blah.

I do hope that it shows that skyrocketing health care costs exist in single payer as well.

It probably rises fastest in areas where the notion that "nobody here should go without any kind of care" gets adopted the fastest.

Norway, Australia, The Netherlands, and the UK both have high per capita income, why are they higher then the US? Why are France, New Zealand, and Belgium basically the same?
