Default Loss Ratios

Do any of you know of a good website that gives a break down of loss ratio by group size? Where would be a good place to start? I have been on DOI (Department of Insurance) websites but they can be so cryptic.

Particularly i am looking for loss ratios for group sizes under 500

Such as:

Group size - Dental Loss Ratio
0-50 - .80
51-100 - .81
...

I don't think companies file this. I think the closest you'll get is loss ratio of small group vs. large group but only for some states. Even internally for my company, I'd have a hard time getting membership, claims and premiums by group size. I can get small vs. large and there's some breakouts like 100-250 and I think 250+ but finer gradients aren't easy to come by.

1) Call (hire) a consultant with a large amount of data or
2) Create a survey, send it out to the industry, promising to share the results
