Default What if SOA got struck by war and become inoperable?

What if SOA and CAS become inoperable due to war, natural disaster, and some drastic events.................and you are still working on attaining the ASA or FSA or ACAS or FCAS.......will the Canadian Institute of Actuary then take over the rest of the certification process?

I think that dealing with exams would be considered a lower priority in those situations.

By the way, I believe an entire sitting went by in China during the SARS epidemic, due to shut-downs. So some people doubled-up on the next sitting available in China.

The SOA has the FEM* Plan to get it through such a situation.

*FEM = Federal Emergency Measures.

There will be no record of who failed which exam. Lots of people claiming to be FSA.
