Smile VEE Approval

I know that you cannot get VEE credit until you have passed at least 2 exams. However, I was wondering, can you get the courses at your school approved before-hand to cut down on wasting time looking into that later on? I'm an economics major and I have the Econ coursework, 2 Finance classes that cover the bulk of the material listed under Finance and 2 Econometrics classes that cover most/all of the stat topics. I'm studying for my exam P and would rather get them approved now rather than later.
