Default RFSCDME Schweeet 16 Match #5 - Mountainhawk (8) at Tim>< (5)

Today, the esteemed founder of the RFSCDME kicks off the second half of the schweeet 16 matchups in a tête a tête battle with a poker posse heavyweight.

And now, for the introductions.

MOUNTAINHAWK (8) - This is the poster that kicked off the RFSCDME matchups waaaaay back in early January. He came out swinging in an epic battle with one of the most well-respected posters on the RF, Maine-iac. A late surge in voting gave the 'Hawk a one vote victory in round 1.

Round 2 pitted him against cannibus enthusiast extraordinaire (NTTAWWT) 2pac Shakur. The result was another close match (with nearly 200 votes cast) and a 3 vote victory for MH.

This round, he's going to have to use his guile (and possibly cash in a few favors) to outwit, outlast (oops, I think that Ury may want some RF $ if I finish that thought)...to pull out victory and a ticket to the next round.

Tim>< (5) - Well, where to start here? Why not the beginning? The RFSCDME simply would not be if it weren't for Timmmmaaayyyy><. Good, bad, or indifferent, it's made an impact on this forum that will reverberate (like those Thanksgiving devilled eggs that tend to repeat on ya) for many years to come. Tim><'s always pushing the envelope when it comes to new ways to pad his post count. Often, he's the one to find out when Glenn has turned off time-delay between posts, or made some other snafu that could garner him a few thousand more posts.

Tim>< can never be accused of being a dull poster. He zigs when a zag will do and takes the idea of a tangent thread to new levels.

Does the creator have the support that he'll need to decimate that which he has created (match #1 champion)? Or, does Mountainhawk's RFSCDME winning streak continue? Find out in Bluffy, the Tim><pire slayer.

Vote early and vote often!

Mountainhawk knocked me out of this contest. A very bitter pill to swallow. I was hoping to go all the way this year. I had trained VERY hard, sacrificed a lot for this. Losing in the second round to moutainhawk was one of the worst experiences in my life.

That being said, I'm not voting for Tim><.

I'll have to come back to this one and decide later...are my votes worth anything to either?

MH is winning early.... I predict that this result will stand up better than ury's.

All I can offer this time is $100 RF and the knowledge that you didn't vote for Tim><.

Enemy vs. Enemy. I had to vote with current pity.

Who can handle Slippery Pete? Is it Mountainhawk? Is it Tim?
