Any guesses on who will get in? I'm not sure how many they take, but I'd guess at Barkley, Auriemma, Vitale, and Gavitt. Maybe Nelson...

Dumars should be a lock. His playing career was more than likely enough, and as an executive he's built the Pistons into arguably the best team in the NBA the last 3 years.

His playing career would be the only thing under consideration.

His post playing career could, at some point, be considered separately

I saw Barkley haul in a rebound, start dribbling upcourt and then throw a behind the back bounce pass to a teammate far upcourt for a layup. I thought they should promote him to the next higher league.

Having said that, I don't think he played enough defense to belong in the hall.
