Default Recommendations for a Gaming Laptop?

Happy thanksgiving everyone! Iíve been wanting to buy a new laptop for gaming. (My studio is too small for a desktop). I primarily play MOBA and my budget is under $1500. If thereís a good Black Friday deal you saw somewhere, thatíd be awesome. Thanks!

I like my dell XPís 15 from a few years ago with a discrete video card. They seem to have some new ones that are in your price range... $1500 is a bit low for a high end gaming laptop.

I'm behind on gaming laptop research. Can do smaller desktop builds (doesn't need to be the massive tower) for smaller areas. Unless planning on taking on the go, might be better route. $1500 can get you a very nice machine in desktop world. I built one this year for about one grand and have been happy with it.

Not as sure on laptops. Back around 2012 I made a gaming laptop through a website called xoticpc.com. Had a good experience with them back then, but no idea what has changed since then. Company is still around, so can consider checking them out. Back then SSDs weren't common place and I had it custom made to replace the optical drive/reader with an SSD drive and bought an external optical drive.

Obviously NewEgg and other resources are good too. Recommend knowing the specs you want first before diving into company reviews, model reviews, etc.
