Do you actually have to interact with real people in the game? When the first Pokemon games came out on gameboy, there was a 3.5 inch floppy disk version of the games floating around my school. I should see if I still have a copy somewhere.

There is the ability to team up, which I think is fantastic. I am very intrigued by this.

Right now the only way to battle is gyms. You can find them around you and challenge the pokemon defending it, placing your champion upon the throne.
